The Hi-Tech Building professional exhibition forum will take place during April 15-16, 2025 in Moscow. The event is one of the key contributors to the digitalization of housing in Russia.

The business program highlights the most important achievements in home automation over the past year and discusses plans and trends. Simultaneously, the exhibition introduces visitors to automation innovations from Russian and international manufacturers of digital engineering systems and demonstrates ready-made complex solutions for various tasks. Hi-Tech Building is annually attended by thousands of professionals from all over Russia - representatives of development and construction companies, management and operating companies, installers, IT integrators, designers, engineers, and trading partners. Digitalization is increasingly affecting construction and operation, the longest phase of a building's life cycle, with each passing year. There is great potential for the application of digital technologies, artificial intelligence and automation of management processes. The Digital housing estate forum will take place jointly with the ANPO “Smart MKD” (Autonomous non-profit organization for promoting the development of digitalization of apartment buildings "Smart apartment building") on April 15^th, as part of Hi-Tech Building. The agenda includes reports and discussions about the future of residential and commercial real estate in the country, AI solutions for smart construction, and other pressing issues in the industry.

The Smart Home Conference, one of the most attended events of the business program, is scheduled for the second day on April 16^th. The focus will be on best practices and cases in the Russian smart housing market. The conference will be supported by the KNX User Club Russia Association.

The annual industry award Hi-Tech Building Awards will be held during the exhibition forum, awarding the best projects of installers for the implementation of modern smart home control systems. Applications are due by March 24, 2025. The winners will be announced on the first day of the exhibition on April 15^th. The projects of participants and award winners will be published on the official exhibition website.
